DELAY AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to respect the time of our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will attend to clients who are more than 5 (five) minutes late for their appointment time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We understand that emergencies and the unforeseen happen. If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellation at least 2 hours in advance.
In the case of LASER DEPILATION, cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours in advance (the day before) because we need more time to assign laser appointments, it is a service that must be planned in advance. If the cancellation is not made at least 24 hours in advance (the day before), we will not be able to make subsequent appointments without prior payment. In the case of having the appointment for laser hair removal already paid our cancellation policy is the same, 24 h. (the day before), otherwise, the appointment is given as done and no money is refunded.
Laser hair removal requires that the client comes previously shaved in the area to be waxed. If this is not the case, the shaving will be charged separately (unless the esthetician specifically requests that the client comes without shaving).
If you have a VOUCHER, you must notify the cancellation or modification of your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, if you do not notify with that time, the session of said voucher will be deducted and that appointment will be considered made.
SATISFACTION POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the service we have provided, please let us know within 24 hours. We promise to make the necessary corrections.
For your comfort and safety, please notify our estheticians if you have allergies, physical problems, disabilities, are pregnant, or are on special medication. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during treatment, please notify our staff immediately.
PURCHASE VOUCHERS
No refunds or exchanges for other treatments of the vouchers or contracted services will be accepted.
The expiration date of the voucher is specified on the session control card. After the expiration date of the voucher, no more sessions will be performed (even if the sessions of the contracted voucher have not been completed). If the control card is lost, you can present the purchase ticket, since the expiration date is counted from the date of the purchase ticket.
There will be no refunds unless justified exceptions with supporting documentation, in which case a retention of 25% of the total amount paid will be applied or in the case that three or more sessions have been performed, will be deducted from the price of the individual session without the offer of the voucher.
In the event that you have purchased services that you do not want to perform, you can convert them into a gift voucher to offer to your friends, family, etc…
